No changes allowed more than 24 hours

The system allows you to book for multiple services. Book for all services that you require. You will only be serviced on the day based on the services booked. Therefore, if you are unsure or do not see a service listed then please contact us. Also, make sure you provide additional details about the service you require when booking. 

 

All bookings require a card. You will be charged a $35.00 no-show, late (over 15 minutes), or cancellation fee. All fees are non-refundable. However, to re-schedule, it must be done at least 48 hours of your appointment time. Failure to re-schedule by 24 hours will result in a fee and you will be required to make a brand new booking. In order to reschedule, you can do this under "My Bookings", or you can contact us as soon as possible with the time and date you wish to reschedule by either email or by using the button above "Click here to get in touch".

 

* Please book for each service you plan to get at the appointment.
* Please pre-detangle hair! If detangling takes longer than 10 minutes then it must be booked as a takedown or detangling service.
* Please do not allow children to run, jump, and or play on salon furniture. Kids who are not being serviced should sit up front.
